EFS Information Session

What?

Thinking about applying for the EFS? Start here! 

The ANU Educational Fellowship Scheme (EFS) provides educators, including Academic and Professional Staff who teach or support learning, with internationally-accredited professional recognition of their experience and expertise in university education. 

This EFS information session will provide you with the confidence and knowledge to get started on your application. The EFS Team will guide you through the application process, show you how to get started, and answer your questions. 

This session also marks the start of a semester-long program. For information on the next steps in the EFS Program or dates for the next program, please consult efs.weblogs.anu.edu.au/how-to-apply  


Who can attend?

All ANU Staff – Anyone interested in learning and teaching in the Higher Education setting, including Advancing Learning and Teaching (ALT) participants. 

Please ensure you can use basic controls in Zoom such as joining breakout rooms, using chat, and sharing your screen and Zoom whiteboard.

When?

Tuesday 16 November 2021 – 11:00am to 12:30pm via Zoom
A calendar invite with the Zoom link will be sent to you following registration.

Minimum numbers

We require a minimum number of registrations for this session. In the event that this number is not reached, we may cancel or reschedule and all participants will be notified.

What do you need?

A stable internet connection (min 1.5 Mps up/down) to enable video conferencing.
A suitable quiet space so that you can turn on your camera and speak freely in order to actively engage in the workshop.
Updated version of Zoom
A laptop or device that allows you to save and share files
