What?
As part of our “How-To Workshop” series, Interactive Zoom is an extremely hands-on workshop that aims to provide insights on running small group activities in Zoom. You will participate in a virtual small group activity to investigate various types of small group activities and how to implement them to support student engagement.
When?

Who can attend?
Anyone who can use basic controls in Zoom such as joining breakout rooms, using chat, and sharing your screen and Zoom whiteboard.
What do you need?
| A stable internet connection (min 1.5 Mps up/down) to enable video conferencing. | |
| A suitable quiet space so that you can turn on your camera and speak freely in order to actively engage in the workshop. | |
| Updated version of Zoom | |
| A laptop or device that allows you to save and share files |
What will you do?
| Pre-class | Please complete the pre-class activities before attending the workshop | |
| In-class | This page is password protected. You will be provided the password during the workshop | |
| In-class (ANUMS) | This page is password protected. You will be provided the password during the workshop |

Teaching Remotely with Zoom – a series
After the rapid global transition to remote teaching last Semester, our ANU CLT Education Design Team are showcasing how ANU academics are using Zoom breakout rooms in different ways through a series of blog posts via the Centre’s Interact Blog. So, if you are feeling:
